  • You are encouraged to sign-up for a:  ***8 class - Monthly pass for $99, using the Register Now button, below / to the right.  Get Unlimited monthly classes for only $25 more.  

  • Repetition creates progress!

  • Please download a Registration Form & Waiver to complete & bring to class.
